Ravencroft Lodge is approxiamently 20 miles from the glacier and is just under one hour travel
time to the face. This is an 8 hr tour and is an unforgettable day excursion. (2 person minimum)

Boat or charter. Some folks choose to
charter a boat from Valdez or Cordova. This allows
charter boats to spend more time fishing, and for you
to spend a night or two at a remote ocean-side lodge.
Groups of 2-4 are $150 per person/per night, groups of
5 or more are $100 per person/per night. Meals
included!

transportation? Choose this package. Designed as a fun
overnight adventure for groups of 6 only. Experience
wildlife as you travel out and back into Prince
William Sound. While at the lodge, try beach-combing
and take in the sights. Swap stories on our
beach-front deck. Where you'll usually find
hummingbirds, otters, sea-lions and the occasional
whale passing by. Or just relax by our native rock
fireplace! $265 per person/per night, $100 each
additional night. Round-trip travel, lodging and meals
included!!
NOTE: All packages are structured from Saturday until Thursday. Lodge guests are scheduled to arrive at the lodge on Saturday afternoon/evening, spend the next 6 days at the lodge, and then travel back into town (either Valdez, Cordova or Anchorage, depending on whether you choose water taxi or float plane), departing mid-morning to noon on Thursday. This amounts to a 6 day, 5 night trip. If your schedule or travel plans dictate a different type of scheduling, please contact us with your needs, and we may be able to accommodate you.

FLOAT PLANE FROM EYAK LAKE IN CORDOVA
The float plane operator we use from Cordova is listed below, and we recommend that you contact them directly for a round-trip cost quote between Cordova and Ravencroft Lodge. They are a long-time area float plane service, and are an approximately 25-minute flight from the lodge. Please contact them for float plane fares for the 2010 season.
Below are float plane operators out of Anchorage. The flight time between Anchorage and the lodge is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please contact them for their float plane fares for the 2010 season.

Payment Terms
At time of reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept payment in the form of money orders, cashier’s checks and/or credit cards using our online safe and secure Paypal checkout. We request that any incidental purchases made while at the lodge, or any gratuities, be made with cash.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, more than 90 days prior to the reserved date, Ravencroft Lodge will give a 50% deposit refund. In the event of a cancellation 90 days or less from the reserved date, deposits will NOT be refunded unless the space can be rebooked. WE suggest, in this instance, that you consider sending a friend in your place. We HIGHLY recommend that each customer purchase trip cancellation insurance. Ravencroft Lodge will not be responsible for loss of personal property, cancellations or delays due to weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
